The service

SmallPlace connects people looking for space with space owners and managers. The platform is not a property seller, landlord or party to your transaction. Listings, search and messages are free in this initial phase; the site does not take payments or execute property contracts.

Accounts and listings

Post only when authorised to offer the space or represent the business. Provide accurate prices, currency, location and current contact details. Choose lease or sale: rent is monthly and sale prices are total amounts. Do not upload third-party photos or personal information without the necessary rights.

Moderation and prohibited use

Submissions and edits are checked by automatic rules or an administrator. The result and any changes requested appear in My account. We may request clarification or changes and restrict fraudulent, misleading, illegal or spam content. Account abuse and harassment are prohibited.

Before a transaction

Independently verify ownership/representation, registry information, technical suitability, permits, utilities and safety. The parties must agree installation, access, insurance, taxes and contractual terms. NBG currency conversion is informational; the parties agree the final payment amount and currency.

Privacy and changes
