What does it cost to list?
Listings, business requirements and private conversations on SmallPlace are free. The parties agree transaction terms directly.
What details and photos do I need?
Include the location, area, intended use, price, access and contact details. Use 1–4 relevant photos you have permission to use. New photos await administrator approval. Add the cadastral code for a space offer; omitting it requires additional review.
How will businesses contact me?
Your own SmallPlace listing receives private enquiries in your inbox. For listings published by SmallPlace, enquiries go to platform support. Contact the advertiser directly using the phone or email shown in the listing.
Can any equipment be installed?
The parties need to check and agree authority, technical suitability, required permits, power, access, installation and maintenance. A listing does not automatically confirm these conditions.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes. Edit or delete your own listing in My account. Changes may need another review. For a sourced listing, use its correction or removal link.
