Leasing a rooftop for an antenna or a frontage for advertising
Prepare a rooftop or frontage listing with clear photos, access details and the conditions a telecom or advertising operator needs to assess.
Describe the actual space
State the city, approximate address, available area or surface and building type. Photograph the space from several angles, including access and surroundings. A photograph does not establish technical suitability. If you offer only part of a building, explain precisely which part is available.
Access and technical assessment
For an antenna, the operator will need to assess safe access, possible cable routes and electricity. A qualified specialist must assess structural loading and mounting. For a frontage, describe surface dimensions, visibility, lighting options and installation access. Do not promise electrical capacity, loading limits or permissions that have not been established.
Agree the conditions before proceeding
Establish who can authorize the placement and whose consent is needed. Agree rent, duration, access hours, electricity costs, maintenance and removal terms in writing. Independently check the consents and permissions required for the particular installation. SmallPlace connects the parties; it does not guarantee earnings, operator interest or technical suitability.
