Offering a location for an ATM, vending machine or parcel locker
What a business needs to assess a small location: visibility, access, electricity, equipment dimensions and servicing conditions.
Location and customer access
Explain whether the location faces a street, sits inside a shop, adjoins a commercial property or occupies a building entrance. Describe customer access and actual opening hours. Claim 24/7 access only if it is genuinely available. Do not publish an exact footfall figure unless it has been measured.
Space for the equipment
Measure the available area and describe power, weather protection and servicing access. A locker also needs door clearance and space for a courier to work; vending requires restocking and maintenance access. The particular ATM operator determines its security and installation requirements. Instead of assuming a universal minimum area, ask the business for the exact equipment dimensions and a placement plan.
Photos and commercial terms
Upload relevant photographs of the location and its access. State monthly rent and currency, or explain a different proposed arrangement precisely. Agree electricity costs, servicing, responsibility for damage and termination with the business. Equipment performance and owner earnings are not automatically guaranteed. Also review business requirements on SmallPlace: an existing request may match your location.
