Offering an EV charging location: parking, power and access
Describe an EV charging location clearly and distinguish available parking from electrical capacity that requires a qualified assessment.
Describe the parking conditions
State the city, approximate location, number of available spaces and access hours. Describe the entrance, customer access and existing parking restrictions. A public charging location may have different conditions from one reserved for a building’s users; represent the actual availability accurately.
A power supply does not establish charging capacity
Describe the existing electrical supply using only confirmed information. A qualified specialist and the relevant parties must assess charger type, capacity, protective equipment and connection feasibility. Do not assume a universal area or power requirement. Cable routes, installation access and the demands of other users at the property also need assessment.
Agree costs and servicing
Agree rent or the proposed partnership model, electricity metering and payment, equipment ownership, servicing and removal. Check the consents and permissions required for the particular project. Publish actual photos and contact details; a SmallPlace listing is not itself an electrical engineering assessment or installation permission.
